1.Signing Up:
Create your vendor account in minutes. Just a few details and you’re in!
- Go to My Accounts page
- Register as ‘I am a Vendor’ and fill in all the necessary details.
- Now, if you’re already registered as a customer, in your my accounts page, you’ll find a button named ‘ Become a Vendor’ click on the button and fill in the necessary details.
- Complete your store setup wizard by providing the necessary details such as shop name, shop URL, Bank details, etc., and you’ve successfully become a vendor!!
2. Signing Up:
To Add your products,
- Go to your vendor dashboard
- Click on products from the side menu
- Tap ‘Add new product’
- Give the title of your Book
- Add the MRP of the book( in the price box) and the Selling price( in the Discounted price box)
- Upload a Cover photo for the book(Front cover page,) and upload the remaining images – Showcase your books with 4 high quality images: Back cover page, Page with MRP, and any random page from the middle.
- Next, click on the Category box and select all relevant categories.
- Provide the Author(s) name in the short description ( If the book has more than one authors type the names one line after the other).
- Add a small description of your product in the Description.
- Now, in the inventory section, provide the stock quantity of the product (if you have more than one quantity of the same book, Provide the number of books ).
- Finally! Click on Save product and your product will be Live once we have reviewed it!

3.Manage/Edit Products:
To Manage/Edit your Products,
- Go to your Vendor Dashboard
- Click on products, From here you can Edit, manage or delete your products. You can also check the status of your product.
4.Order Receiving Process :
Upon receiving an Order, you will be notified the details via E-mail. All you have to do is to pack the item with the PVC courier provided by Recirculate ( couriers will be provided upon listing of products, if not recieved, contact customer care) and printout and place the necessary labels and invoice. Please refer to the short video behind for the full packaging process. Within 2 days upon recieving order, our courier agent will arrive at your address to recieve the package for Shipment to Customer.
To ensure a smooth process, Please notify us if you have any inconvenience within 2 days of receiving the first email.
Failure to notify us of any inconvenience and failure to send the book will result in a violation of our policies, leading to a temporary suspension of your account.
5.Withdrawing your Earnings:
To Withdraw your earnings through Recirculate,
- Go to your Vendor dashboard
- Click on Withdraw from the side menu
- In the Withdraw page you can find your current balance
- Click on Request Withdraw and enter the desired withdrawal amount to be withdrawed.
- Once we get the request we will transfer the amount to you via the given payment method.
